🍂 October Reflections: Letting Go, Growing, and Creating Connection 🍂
Sep 26, 2025
I’ve always loved autumn, but there’s something about October that feels extra special. It’s the month of birthdays and our wedding anniversary, a time when the air turns crisp and the world seems painted in shades of amber, gold, and deep red. I adore the sound of crunchy leaves underfoot, the smell of apple pies baking, and the cozy warmth of a chai latte cupped in my hands. And of course, there’s Halloween — a time for a little magic, fun, and playfulness.
But while autumn is one of my favourite seasons, there’s one part I don’t look forward to quite as much: the coughs, sniffles, and aches that often creep in as the days grow colder and shorter. I’ve been topping up all my essential oils and adding a few more potions — just in case.
This season has also been about delving deeper into my own needs and reflecting on how I can truly help others. For a while, I thought I had found it through running my shop. It was a wonderful concept and brought so many incredible people into my life. But the truth is, it wasn’t right for me. A business should be a two-way street — a balance of giving and receiving — and instead, it left me totally drained and financially struggling. At one point, I even had to sell my wedding and engagement rings to clear some of the debt.
As painful as that was, it also taught me the power of letting go. Recognising what no longer serves me, and choosing where to grow instead, has been an amazing and freeing experience. Each hurdle has built more resilience within me, reminding me of my strength and my purpose.
I know now, with absolute clarity, that my gift lies in intuitive healing — in seeing what people need, in holding space, and in delivering guidance from the heart. With my spirit guide, Joseph, by my side, I feel ready to step back fully into what I was always meant to do: help others heal, grow, and reconnect.
And so, for the past few months, I’ve been quietly working on something very special. Something I believe the world needs more than ever: connection. Too many of us give endlessly — pouring love, time, and energy into others — only to find that when we need support ourselves, there is nobody there. Our cups run dry, and we’re left feeling invisible.
Well, no longer.
✨ On the 1st of November, my new community will open — a safe space created to support, nourish, and refill your cup until it is brimming over. A place where you are seen, heard, and celebrated. A place to receive as much as you give.
I cannot wait to share this journey with you. 💜
